Traffic cop crushed to death on highway | KNO

Jammu, March 15 (KNO) : A traffic cop was mowed to death by a truck on Friday morning at Jogi Morth Surankote. Police officials told KNO that incident took place at Jogi Morh Surankote where a traffic Naka was laid by police including cops from traffic department. Confiding the details police officer said that during this Naka, a truck JK02BK 5685 hit and crushed to death a traffic cop later identified as Aftab Parvez resident of Poonch. Later, police team from Surankote police station reached on the spot and truck was seized from the spot whose driver fled. Body has also been removed while investigation has been started by police.(KNO)
